Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–5 working days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If we experience a high volume of orders (e.g., sales or promotions), processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be notified if there are any significant delays.
Delivery Times & Rates
We deliver nationwide in South Africa through trusted courier partners.
Standard Delivery (2–5 working days):

R115 flat rate for orders under R950

FREE delivery for orders over R1000

FREE gift included for orders over R2000
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and courier service availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

A WhatsApp notification from our courier (Courier Guy) containing your tracking number.

A second notification when your parcel is on its way to your delivery address.

Delivery Address Requirements
By placing an order, you agree that:

Delivery can be made to any person at the address provided.

A signature from anyone at the delivery address will serve as proof of delivery.
Please ensure your address and contact details are correct. Aveda Labs is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the Republic of South Africa.
We do not offer international shipping.
Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

Failure to collect

Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
The customer may be responsible for additional delivery fees to resend the order.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If your order:

Arrived damaged

Contains the wrong items

Appears tampered with
Contact us within 7 working days at info@avedalabs.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
